London is no longer the best connected city in the world

Up to the beginning of this year London was considered the best connected city in the world thanks to its many airports and the number of flights that landed and took off daily. But now everything has changed.
Unsurprisingly, London has not been had the usual number of passengers that use its airports every day due to the COVID-19 crisis and also because of the UK quarantine laws. It goes without saying that London has had far fewer flights in the past 8 months.
Compared to last year, the number of flights even dropped by two thirds. The decline in flights has not only occurred in Europe but other non-European countries have had a smaller decline and therefore Shanghai, which was in second place, now overtakes London as the best connected city in the world.
Worked in many sectors including recruitment and marketing. Lucky to have found a soulmate who was then taken far too soon. No intention of moving on and definitely not moving to Thailand for the foreseeable future. Might move forward. Owned by a cat.

A Smart Survey survey revealed that the happiest city in the UK is Edinburgh. The reasons are the quality of life, the high salaries, the average working hours per week and the beauty of the city.
Two seaside towns follow in second and third place: Bournemouth and Brighton.
In fourth place we find Southend and in fifth Bristol. Followed by Colchester and then Glasgow in eighth place.
In ninth place we have both Liverpool and Manchester and in tenth Milton Keynes.
London is in thirteenth place, takes points for the average high salaries but loses some for the many hours of average work per week.
